Description

You will lead the management, scaling, and security of multi-cluster Kubernetes environments using Red Hat OpenShift ACM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cluster policies, automation, and monitoring strategies via Red Hat ACM.
• Manage the full Kubernetes lifecycle within OpenShift environments, including pods, nodes, and cluster architecture.
• Automate cluster configuration and policy enforcement using GitOps workflows.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines and Tekton workflows into the existing infrastructure.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and logging strategies to ensure security compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Expertise in OpenShift Advanced Cluster Management (ACM).
• Hands-on experience with Multi-Cluster Management and Kubernetes lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in GitOps practices and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift cluster configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Practical use of Helm for package management.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience with Tekton pipelines and observability tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing security compliance and policy automation at scale.
