Description

You will manage the lifecycle of Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters, handling upgrades, patching, and scaling.
• Troubleshoot container, node, networking, and storage issues to ensure platform stability.
• Support application onboarding and integrate CI/CD pipelines with OpenShift.
• Implement and maintain RBAC, security policies, and compliance controls.
• Automate platform operations using Ansible, GitOps, or scripting and maintain operational runbooks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of containers (Docker, CRI-O) and Linux system administration.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes networking (Services, Ingress, Routes) and persistent storage (CSI, PV/PVC).
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift CLI (oc), YAML manifests, and Helm or Operators.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
