Description

You will act as a subject matter expert designing and implementing enterprise PaaS solutions using RedHat OpenShift on bare metal and various IaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-availability, multi-cloud, and split-cluster OpenShift environments.
• Build Container as a Service self-service models on bare metal and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership for the support and operation of complex production systems.
• Assess technology architectures to identify gaps and prescribe target state designs.
• Define roadmaps for non-functional requirements and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and platform engineering.
• RedHat OpenShift build experience on bare metal infrastructure (Dell PowerEdge).
• Proficiency with RedHat ACM for cluster provisioning and management.
• Experience with OpenShift Virtualization and GitOps principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, or OpenStack.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of cloud storage and integrations with Kubernetes platforms.
• Ability to design failover and recovery plans for production environments.

Preferred Skills

• OpenShift Data Foundation for Storage.
• RedHat Advanced Cluster Security.
