Description

You will design, implement, and maintain OpenStack cloud solutions for client environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain OpenStack components including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, and Swift.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenStack deployments to ensure reliability.
• Optimize OpenStack performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Automate deployment and management processes using Ansible.
• Collaborate with networking and storage teams to integrate OpenStack with existing infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with OpenStack in production environments.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience with Ansible for OpenStack deployment and automation.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts such as VLANs, SDN, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of storage systems and protocols including Ceph, iSCSI, and NFS.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• OpenStack certification (e.g., COA - Certified OpenStack Administrator).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
