Responsibilities

• Design and implement OpenTelemetry integration within applications and systems.
• Customize OpenTelemetry configurations to meet specific technical requirements.
• Optimize performance overhead caused by instrumentation.
• Integrate OpenTelemetry with existing observability tools and systems.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with OpenTelemetry and observability principles.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and microservices.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry implementation patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contributions to open-source observability or monitoring projects.
