Description

Key Requirements:
8+ years of Application Production Support experience in ECM/EDMS environments
5+ years of hands-on OpenText Content Server experience preferred
Strong experience with Live Reports / Web Reports
OpenText Workflows
REST API integrations
Smart UI customization
Strong knowledge of jQuery, HTML5, and CSS
Excellent SQL / query-writing skills
Experience providing Tier 3 Production Support and Incident Management
Strong understanding of ITIL – Incident, Change & Problem Management
Experience supporting regulated enterprise environments
Knowledge of Security, Compliance, SSO, Disaster Recovery, and Major Incident Response
