Description

Manage and support enterprise content management technologies for this contract role.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and monitor OpenText Content Server and related ECM technologies.
• Design and implement ECM solutions using the OpenText platform.
• Develop and deploy configuration components including data models, security, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical and functional support.
• Maintain operational documentation and participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise content management.
• OpenText Content Server.
• OpenText Archive Server.
• OpenText SharePoint AGA.
• OpenText Media Management.
• OpenText Directory Services.
• OpenText Records Management.
• ECM solution design and development.
• Experience with OpenText Web Forms and Live Reports.
