Description

You will manage the configuration and integration of SAP Outgoing Documents with Extended ECM for SAP workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Forms to integrate with Extended ECM for SAP workspaces and manage Record Declaration processes.
• Validate integration requirements for approximately 17 forms in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design phase by providing technical recommendations for SAP form configurations.
• Coordinate with SAP functional teams, ABAP developers, OpenText xECM experts, and Basis teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Maintain technical documentation covering configuration steps, design decisions, and integration workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical development roles.
• Proficiency in OpenText xECM and its integration within SAP environments.
• Hands-on ABAP development experience, specifically for SAP Forms customization.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional modules and document management configuration.
• Experience managing Record Declaration processes.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.
• Proven analytical skills for validating form configurations and assessing integration requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Extended ECM for SAP integration projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Document Management System (DMS).
