Description

You will manage the deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of OpenText products and digital asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot OpenText products including Media Management, Appworks Platform, iHUB, OTDS, DAM, and Exstream.
• Manage and administer OpenText sites and participate in technical design discussions.
• Create quality documentation, collect metrics data, and conduct audits.
• Develop project plans and track schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with on-site engineers and attend customer calls to raise risks and escalations.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience with OpenText products.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, XSLT, React, or Vue.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Experience configuring and managing web/application servers such as IIS, Apache, Tomcat, or TomEE.
• Experience with Source Code Management tools like Bitbucket, Jira, or Git.
• Ability to review technical documents and ensure process compliance.
• Any Graduate degree.
