Description

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain OpenText xECM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. - Develop custom modules, workflows, forms, scripts, event handlers, and extensions. - Build reusable enterprise content services and integration patterns. - Deliver technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation playbooks. - Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) and controlled promotion of OpenText configurations across environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - API INTEGRATION & CONNECTED SYSTEMS (PRIMARY FOCUS)
- Design and implement API-first integrations between OpenText xECM and enterprise applications. - Develop and support integrations using: - OpenText Content Server REST API - OpenText Platform APIs - OpenText Extended ECM Business Workspace APIs - SOAP and REST web services - OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect authentication - Microsoft Graph API - DocuSign APIs - SAP integration services - PeopleSoft integration frameworks - SharePoint Online APIs - Azure Integration Services - Build and maintain: - Event-driven integrations - Webhooks - API orchestration - Data synchronization services - Secure document exchange interfaces - Implement monitoring, logging, retry logic, and exception handling for integrations. - Design integration standards including versioning, authentication, and service governance
