Description

Manage integration between SAP Outgoing Documents and Extended ECM for SAP workspaces. Configure SAP Forms for Record Declaration processes and validate requirements for approximately 17 forms. Provide technical recommendations during the design phase and coordinate with SAP functional teams, ABAP developers, OpenText xECM experts, and Basis teams. Document configuration steps, design decisions, and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Forms to integrate with Extended ECM, focusing on Record Declaration processes.
• Validate integration requirements for approximately 17 forms in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design phase by providing technical recommendations for SAP form configurations.
• Coordinate with SAP functional teams, ABAP developers, OpenText xECM experts, and Basis teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Document configuration steps, design decisions, and integration workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency in OpenText xECM and its integration within SAP environments.
• ABAP development experience, specifically for SAP Forms customization and ECM integration.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional modules and document management configuration.
• Hands-on experience with records declaration and SAP document management.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and validate complex form configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Extended ECM for SAP integration projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Document Management System (DMS).
• Experience in the design and development lifecycle of SAP solutions.
