Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Customer Communications Management solutions using OpenText Exstream 16.x in on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop document templates, layouts, and dynamic content using Exstream Designer, Command Center, and Web Component tools.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Exstream software, including upgrades and component updates like Tomcat and OTDS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to print, email, and responsive content output.
• Manage XML data transformation, scripting, and integration with enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in CCM solutions.
• Proficiency in Exstream Designer, Command Center, and Design Manager.
• Strong understanding of document composition, layout design, and output formatting.
• Expertise in Data Transformation and Scripting.
• Familiarity with Tomcat and OTDS maintenance.
• Knowledge of XML and JavaScript.
• Proven troubleshooting capabilities for complex systems.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of CCM best practices and Regulatory Compliance.
