Description

You will develop, support, and maintain OpenText Exstream applications and communication flows. You will design and author communications using Unified UX for orchestration and design. You will develop complex page elements, including data section-driven tables and data mapping for XML, Delimited, Columnar, and JSON formats. You will manage standard data sets, mappings, and revisions for all communication configurations. You will write formula variables and functions within the OpenText Exstream environment. You will execute end-to-end development lifecycles, including migration, enhancement, testing, and production support for incidents and change requests.

Responsibilities

• Design and author communications using Unified UX for orchestration and design.
• Develop complex page elements, including data section-driven tables and data mapping.
• Manage standard data sets, mappings, and revisions for all communication configurations.
• Execute end-to-end development lifecycles including migration, enhancement, and testing.
• Provide production support for incidents and change requests.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in OpenText Exstream development and support.
• Hands-on experience with Unified UX for communication design and orchestration.
• Proficiency in data mapping for XML, JSON, Delimited, and Columnar file types.
• Expertise in designing complex data sections and tables within Exstream.
• Ability to create communication flow models based on business requirements.
• Strong debugging and testing skills during the development stage.
• Experience working in production support environments handling incidents and change requests.
• Availability to work shifts (up to 11:30 pm / 2:30 am) and provide on-call weekend support.
