Description

You will develop and manage communication solutions using OpenText Exstream tools, including template design and server management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop templates and designs using Exstream Designer and Design Manager.
• Manage OpenText Communications Server activities, including Comm Builder and Control Center.
• Execute shell scripting tasks within Unix and Linux environments.
• Communicate technical requirements and updates directly with US-based clients.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience with OpenText Exstream.
• Proficiency with Exstream Designer and Design Manager.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText Communications Servers and tenancy concepts.
• Knowledge of Exstream Web Services.
• Experience with Unix and Linux server environments.
• Proficiency in Ksh, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Understanding of Job Schedulers and CI/CD processes.
• Competency in Python or Java.

Preferred Skills

• Experience installing OpenText products across various environments.
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins integrated with TFS (Team Foundation Server).
