Description

Develop and maintain customer communication templates using OpenText Exstream within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain communication templates using OpenText Exstream.
• Implement integration methodologies to connect document engines with backend systems.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Test and validate Web Services and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
• Deliver incremental software updates within Agile workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Web Services and API testing.
• Understanding of various integration methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex backend system integrations.
