Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Exstream templates for high-volume customer communications.
• Implement document enhancements and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues within production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream.
• Proficiency with Exstream Dialogue, Empower, or StoryTeller.
• Experience with Composition Center and variable data printing.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping.
• Experience with both batch and interactive processing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud native technologies.
• Familiarity with integrating Exstream into enterprise systems like CRM or ECM.
• Degree in any graduate field.
