Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Exstream templates for high-volume customer communications.
• Implement document enhancements and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather functional requirements.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues within production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with OpenText Exstream.
• Hands-on expertise with Exstream Dialogue, Empower, or StoryTeller.
• Proficiency in Composition Center.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping.
• Experience with batch and interactive processing.
• Experience with cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity integrating Exstream with enterprise systems like CRM or ECM.
• Degree in any graduate field.
