Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions within Managed Apps for SAP on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure OpenText xECM for SAP Solutions.
• Maintain steady-state operations for Managed Apps on AWS.
• Execute patching and technical support tasks across the solution lifecycle.
• Provide technical support for the full lifecycle of the solution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions (xECM).
• Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of xECM.
• Experience managing SAP solutions on AWS.
• Proficiency in patching and technical support for Managed Apps.
• Ability to maintain steady-state environments.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
