Description

Lead functional design, configuration, and support for SAP S/4HANA OpenText VIM initiatives within an SAP Fiori environment.

Configure and enhance OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), including complex workflow approval design and process type determination. Maintain and support scanning and indexing processes using OpenText ICC/BCC with OCR. Analyze business process fit/gap, translate requirements into technical specifications, and maintain BPML documentation. Define testing strategies for the OT/VIM area, including functional unit tests and user acceptance testing. Manage scope changes, defect management, and cutover tasks for project rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of vendor invoice management solutions.
• Configure OpenText VIM and design complex workflow approvals.
• Maintain scanning and indexing processes using OpenText ICC/BCC with OCR.
• Define testing strategies and manage functional unit and user acceptance tests.
• Manage scope changes, defect management, and cutover tasks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years experience as an SAP functional consultant involving configuration and support.
• 2-3 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience specifically with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Hands-on experience with at least two full OpenText VIM implementations.
• Proficiency with OpenText BCC/ICC (Invoice/Business Capture Center) and OCR maintenance.
• Experience working in SAP Fiori environments, including native OT VIM Fiori applications.
• Strong understanding of SAP AP processes and EDI.
• Knowledge of OpenText Archiving, ICC, and VIM system installation.
• Experience training BCC to increase matching recognition using ART and SnapMatch.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field.
