Description

Manage and support OpenText Content Server and Archive Server environments, covering administration, configuration, and lifecycle maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage OpenText Content Server administration, design, and configuration, including search optimization and index management.
• Execute system maintenance tasks such as managing error logs, system backups, and failover strategies.
• Analyze and estimate incoming change requests.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation following SDLC standards for requirements, design, testing, and training.
• Support the full lifecycle of OpenText applications within an ITIL framework.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server and Archive Server.
• Proficiency in Content Server administration, configuration, and index management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC standards and procedures.
• Experience working within ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Ability to manage system backups and implement failover strategies.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• OScript knowledge for handling OpenText Content Server customization requests.
