Description

You will manage OpenText implementation, support, and upgrade projects throughout the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle implementations, including rollouts and upgrades.
• Configure Archive Link, scanning configurations, and VIM settings.
• Develop test concepts covering test items, prerequisites, environmental needs, and approval criteria.
• Manage end-to-end testing documentation and schedules.
• Provide user training and support during project go-live.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with OpenText implementation, support, or rollout projects.
• Proven experience with at least two full life implementations.
• Hands-on experience with IES (Information Extraction Service), BCC, and ICC.
• Proficiency with OpenText Archive Server and Enterprise scan tools.
• Configuration knowledge and experience in VIM.
• Solid understanding of Business Process AP and AR.
• Familiarity with project implementation methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with requirement gathering and blueprint creation.
