Description

You will configure, implement, and optimize OPERA PMS solutions to meet client requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize OPERA PMS solutions to align with client needs.
• Integrate OPERA PMS with OHIP to ensure seamless system communication.
• Manage interfaces for Point of Sale (POS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), CRM tools, and channel managers.
• Execute API integrations, data mapping, and technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage system requirements and implementations.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience working specifically with OPERA PMS.
• Demonstrated expertise in OHIP integrations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle-native systems and integration capabilities.
• Experience with POS systems, RMS, CRM tools, channel managers, and Oracle Financials.
• Proficiency in API integration and data mapping.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with operational workflows.
• Certifications in OPERA PMS or Oracle Hospitality solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in hospitality IT systems.
