Description

Lead electrical issue identification and resolution for vehicle features to ensure successful program launches.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and triage vehicle electrical systems, including wiring, components, assembly plant, networking, and system-level issues.
• Provide direct plant support for vehicle launches, durability fleets, and prototype vehicles.
• Collaborate with systems, wiring, design release, validation, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical blockers.
• Drive identified electrical issues through to closure.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical system troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience using multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Practical knowledge of CAN-based communication and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ to different assembly plants.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CAN-FD.
• Knowledge of Ethernet protocol.
