You will manage the implementation of the Operating Discipline Management System and oversee plant training programs and document control workflows in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, utilization, and performance tracking of the Operating Discipline Management System.
• Manage approval workflows for procedures, records, and drawings as the central contact for document control.
• Coordinate the development and execution of plant training programs to ensure compliance with all policies.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees and contractors, ensuring all training records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct management system self-assessments and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical or industrial manufacturing setting.
• Deep knowledge of Operating Discipline Management Systems (ODMS) within chemical or oil & gas processes.
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint.
• Experience with MS Teams, OneNote, and PowerApps.
• Proven background in document administration, training coordination, and management system implementation.
• Experience creating training programs and delivering instruction both in-person and virtually.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 compliance and document retention standards.
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as production needs require.
