Description

You will manage and deploy standardized Windows operating systems across a global enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain standardized Windows 10 and 11 images for all endpoint devices.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain global OS deployment variants using SCCM.
• Coordinate the Windows 11 migration project by tracking timelines, managing issues, and mitigating risks.
• Ensure all Windows endpoint devices comply with security policies through regular audits and updates.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for support procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience creating and deploying OS images in large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SCCM, MDT, or Intune.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Strong understanding of Networking and endpoint security practices.
• Experience using PowerShell, command-line scripts, and Sysinternals tools.
• Proven ability to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
