Deploy macOS devices at scale using tools such as Munki and Ivanti
Professional/Technical qualifications:
- Get business requirements from business, and create the design based on the business requirement.
- Translate and develop the business requirements into solutions.
- Deploy macOS devices at scale using tools such as Munki and Ivanti.
- Manage software distribution and updates across macOS devices.
- Implement and enhance automated provisioning for onboarding new devices.
- Configure and manage macOS systems in corporate environments.
- Enhance regular software updates, patch management, and system upgrades.
- Ensure system compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Integrate macOS with various enterprise-level services. Configure VPNs, Wi-Fi, and other network services for macOS devices.
- Implementing the changes and perform the sanity test in the lower and production environments. Provide sign off for Production releases.
- Communicate/conduct the walkthrough for the relevant stakeholders about the changes. Analyze and design technical development requirements.
- Identify any gaps and provide solutions.
- Create and share design documentation and get it approved by PO.
- Development of the solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance.
- Provide a demo to relevant stakeholders after developing the solution.
- Moving changes to Production environment and service transition to Operations team.
- Developing the ad-hoc requirements as per the priority.
- Provide advanced macOS technical support and resolve complex system issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot macOS performance, networking, and security problems.
- Helping the relevant stakeholders to identify the root cause of the issues.
