Description

You will manage the end-to-end issue management lifecycle within an operational risk framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage issues from initial identification through to final remediation.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and aid in the development of remediation plans.
• Assess issue impact and likelihood, providing clear justification for risk ratings.
• Partner with security, IT, and business risk teams to ensure timely issue capture and documentation.
• Utilize the Logic Manager GRC platform to support metrics and reporting for issue and event processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in risk management or issue management.
• Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
• Proficiency operating within GRC tools, specifically Logic Manager.
• Direct experience in the credit union or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and information security assessments.
• Ability to research issues and align remediation plans to underlying root causes.
• Bachelor's degree.
