Description

Provide L2-level support to maintain infrastructure stability and business continuity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2-level support for VMware, SQL Server, and MySQL environments.
• Troubleshoot application integrations using APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Execute intermediate networking, database, and desktop support tasks.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve existing processes.
• Maintain technical documentation to ensure operational continuity.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in IT operations or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi).
• Proficiency with SQL Server and MySQL.
• Practical knowledge of APIs, JSON, and XML for application integration.
• Foundational networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with database support and desktop support.
• Exposure to O365, patching, and storage.
• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3) or Azure (Virtual Machines).

• Any Graduate degree.
