Description

You will build Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) capabilities for BAU and drive in-sprint testing within the Billing and Funding business areas.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale OAT testing capabilities for both BAU and in-sprint cycles.
• Execute failover and disaster recovery testing protocols.
• Perform end-to-end system integration testing.
• Support production environments and manage batch processing tasks.
• Monitor, alert, log, and perform housekeeping for system operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operational testing or production support.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M/Scheduling.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle DB.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Java.
• Experience with AWS environments.
• Direct experience with Failover and Disaster Recovery Testing.
• Familiarity with batch processing and system monitoring.
• Experience working in Agile environments using SAFe practices and Rally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
