Description

You will own operational analysis and process improvement within technical environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and performance metrics to implement process improvements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate updates between business and technical teams.
• Manage and resolve operational incidents using ServiceNow, conducting root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL and template design.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
