You will manage operational projects from start to finish, driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build actionable project plans.
• Utilize AI/ML tools to analyze operational data and improve existing processes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and risk assessments.
• Support the implementation of data management strategies using Power BI and CRM systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or operations.
• Strong project management skills, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience applying AI/ML tools and methodologies to analyze operational data.
• Proficiency in data management, dashboarding, and visualization using Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for operational and stakeholder tracking.
• Ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations from data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Analytics.
