You will support banking operations and loan market processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply banking principles to manage daily operational tasks and loan market workflows.
• Organize operational workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain high attention to detail when managing data and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through oral and written channels.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of banking principles and the loan market.
• 2+ years of experience in banking.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with LoanIQ.
• Japanese language skills.
