Description

You serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned managers and employees during a leave period, providing practical guidance aligned with business priorities and company policies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on performance management, attendance issues, and employee relations concerns, supporting corrective actions and involuntary exits.
• Support the full talent lifecycle, including hiring coordination, internal mobility, onboarding transitions, and separation processes.
• Use existing HR data, dashboards, and sensing tools to identify trends in engagement and retention, surfacing insights and risks to leaders.
• Execute standards-based HR programs consistently across the employee lifecycle, ensuring documentation and decisions comply with employment laws and company policies.
• Act as a connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure timely resolution of people-related needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and apply HR solutions accordingly.
• Practical knowledge of employment and labor law for advisory-level guidance.
• Experience operating as an individual contributor supporting managers and employees in a matrixed HR model.
• Data Analytics skills to interpret HR data and use insights to inform guidance.
• Strong employee relations experience supporting performance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
• Ability to step into an existing employee population and operate quickly with minimal ramp time.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing interim or leave coverage HR support.
• Experience supporting fast-paced or technical organizations.
