You will manage financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient reconciliation across systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver managerial and financial reports adhering to Service Level Agreements.
• Execute accurate balancing reconciliations between systems and general ledgers.
• Research and analyze typical and atypical operational patterns and trends.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
• Resolve discrepancies by providing detailed support to Line of Business Partners.

Required Skills

• Minimum three years of experience in financial operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger structures.
• Proficiency in Trade and wire systems, including Lightning and Collateral Matrix Database.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP functionality.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
• Experience working within various financial platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent operations experience.
• Working knowledge of the Lightning (LFM) database system.
• Working knowledge of free security movements utilizing FED and/or BONY Mellon systems.
