Description

You will manage the end-to-end processing and analysis of corporate actions to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze corporate actions including mergers, acquisitions, dividends, and income claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor control accounts and manage outages by providing thorough explanations and resolution steps.
• Identify and mitigate risks in entitlements processing through the maintenance of effective procedures and management controls.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, trading, and operations teams to implement regulatory changes and streamline processes.
• Maintain corporate actions data integrity using industry-standard systems and develop validation processes.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as an Operations Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Broadridge BPS.
• Proficiency with DTC and CDS systems.
• Strong understanding of corporate actions and entitlements processing.
• Knowledge of risk management within capital markets.
• Experience assessing audit points and enhancing operational processes.
• Ability to prepare technical reports regarding event details and impacts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a banking environment.
• Business or Financial degree.
