You will manage investment operations, financial workflows, and process automation within a high-pressure environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute equity and fixed income product operations, including transfer agency, mutual fund trades, and settlements.
• Manage risk management protocols and perform daily reconciliations.
• Utilize data modeling and warehousing to drive business insights and improve process efficiency.
• Automate workflows using Gen AI and other technical tools to increase productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and maintain client service standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking operations involving projects, people, and processes.
• Deep knowledge of equity and fixed income products, transfer agency, and investment operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and data modeling.
• Strong quantitative abilities to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage client relationships and complex settlements.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with BlackRock Aladdin, Calypso, or similar investment systems.
