Lead operational automation initiatives using Python and intelligent automation tools to drive process improvements and risk reduction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from operational functions and collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture for process automation.
• Implement operational automation strategies using intelligent automation tools and build required infrastructure with technology teams.
• Conduct independent business analysis to identify process improvements, defining OKRs, KPIs, and metrics delivery.
• Mentor less experienced team members on automation tools and create training curriculum around workflow automation.
• Execute automation digitization strategy to deliver outcomes supporting operations functions while adhering to firm standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process automation, or intelligent automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Flask, and Pandas for data modeling and automation scripts.
• Strong background in database design and data modeling.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data to draw accurate conclusions regarding business risk implications.
• Experience collaborating across all levels of business operations to support automation engagements.
• Knowledge of intelligent automation tools and workflow automation methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI agents or Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with low-code automation platforms and infrastructure creation.
