Description

Manage daily execution of service contracts, projects, and field service revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer service contracts to optimize profits, verify obligations, and ensure customer retention.
• Monitor and pursue field service and repair opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Manage execution of T&M, fixed price, and service contract jobs while driving on-time, within-budget completion.
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing disputes, and accurate billing of all project and service jobs.
• Control job costs by managing time charges, timesheet approvals, and material procurement for repairs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or consulting.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Background in the HVAC service industry.
• Ability to identify analytical requirements and interpret business data.
• Experience performing statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex billing disputes and accounts receivable management.
