Description

You will support systems and services within the Crypto Services SRE team to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build tooling to implement and maintain monitoring, observability, alerting, and logging systems.
• Design and implement automated processes, including writing Ansible playbooks and API monitoring tools.
• Monitor key performance metrics to proactively identify optimization and efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in operations or reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and languages including Bash, Zsh, Perl, Python, C/C++, Go, or Java.
• Experience with configuration management and Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix fundamentals and network concepts.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker or Podman and orchestration via Kubernetes or Apache Mesos.
• Familiarity with SRE principles including monitoring, alerting, error budgets, fault analysis, and automation.
• Awareness of security principles, specifically encryption and key exchange protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work across functional teams to solve complex technical issues.
