Description

You will manage production systems and VMware Workspace ONE UEM platforms to ensure service reliability and endpoint security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain VMware Workspace ONE UEM for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including enrollment, provisioning, configuration, and retirement.
• Implement security and compliance policies, including data encryption, remote wipe, and SSL certificate management.
• Lead technical projects through requirement gathering, design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and automate manual tasks using scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations or endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware Workspace ONE UEM.
• Proficiency managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, data protection, and threat mitigation.
• Ability to monitor system health, analyze metrics, and generate performance reports.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level end-user support.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
