Operations Engineer

You will manage the installation, calibration, and maintenance of light treatment systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain light treatment systems, including mechanical and electrical fitting and software configuration.
• Troubleshoot faults and execute repairs through diagnostics and direct communication with customers and internal teams.
• Manage equipment inventories, shipping logistics, and onsite customer support while working independently.
• Contribute to new engineering projects through design input, product feedback, and installation support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering or related capacity within facilities using machinery.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical fitting or general engineering services.
• Proven experience interfacing directly with customers to provide technical support.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience providing precise, organized reporting and tracking.
• Capacity to work in diverse industrial environments and travel extensively to US customer sites.
• Valid standard driver’s license.
• Trade-accredited qualification in mechanics, engineering, or electrical work, or a relevant university-level qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
• Experience using Linux command line interfaces.
• Postgraduate-level engineering qualifications.
