Description

You will install, calibrate, and maintain light treatment systems at customer sites across the US. You will troubleshoot faults, manage equipment logistics, and contribute to new engineering development projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and calibrate light treatment systems, including mechanical and electrical fitting and software configuration.
• Troubleshoot system faults, perform diagnostics, and execute repairs while communicating directly with customers.
• Manage equipment inventories, shipping logistics, and operational reporting at commercial client sites.
• Contribute to new engineering projects by providing product feedback and supporting design validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, facilities management, or general engineering services.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical fitting for machinery installation.
• Proven ability to interface directly with customers and deliver high-quality support.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various US operating locations.
• Physical capability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and operate heavy machinery.
• Experience working independently in diverse industrial environments.
• Ability to provide precise, organized reporting and tracking of operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the agricultural sector or adjacent industries.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Linux command line interfaces.
