You will manage and maintain core cloud and infrastructure operations, ensuring system reliability and cost efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage GCE instances, auto-scaling policies, and associated compute resources.
• Configure GCP networking components, including VPCs and firewalls.
• Monitor service health, manage resource capacity, and optimize cloud costs.
• Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and implement backup/disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain operational procedures and runbooks through detailed documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in cloud operations, system administration, or infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows system administration.
• Expertise in GCP Core Operations: Compute, Storage, Networking, and IAM.
• Strong scripting ability using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools and IaC concepts.
• Ability to perform clear incident communication and status updates.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years experience in enterprise cloud environments.
• Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification.
