Description

You will manage operational stability and software deployment within a 24x7x365 global DevOps environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex operational issues and lead technical bridges to drive problems to closure.
• Provide technical direction and recommended solutions for complex system defects and architectural changes.
• Build and maintain data and metric systems to track operational workflows and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate the integration of new projects into operations through automation, instrumentation, and standardization.
• Perform complex maintenance tests and validate all changes to minimize subscriber impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering operations.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Golden Gate.
• Hands-on work with Cloud Foundry and AWS.
• Monitoring and observability experience using AppDynamics and Kibana.
• Version control and CI/CD experience using GitHub and Concourse.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as required.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial, payment, or billing systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
