You own the stability, availability, and operational excellence of production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and platform performance using dashboards and alerting tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence.
• Manage application deployments, releases, and environment configurations across infrastructure.
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Platform Support, or Operations Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing platforms like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, and Firewalls.
• Experience with SQL databases and troubleshooting database-related issues.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Basic scripting proficiency in Shell, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
