Description

You will own production support and drive operational stability for the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead production support efforts leveraging DevOps principles to ensure system reliability.
• Manage and automate infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform on RedHat OpenShift.
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems using monitoring tools including Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK, and Splunk.
• Execute support tasks within ITSM processes using ServiceNow and Jira.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Operations or a related engineering field.
• Mandatory exposure to Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with RedHat OpenShift and container orchestration/Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle DB, and PL/SQL.
• Solid programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for reporting and process execution.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control using GitHub.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with the Retail domain.
