Description

You will lead information management efforts to ensure asset data integrity and documentation compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations IM Manager, Document Control, and internal stakeholders to establish official Asset Registers.
• Identify gaps in asset data and remediate tagging discrepancies or omissions.
• Drive qualified data into CMMS and SDx platforms, linking SAP records to asset files within SDx.
• Review PMOC, MOCT, and MOC documentation for tag compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Management and Document Control.
• Advanced knowledge of Information Management and Document Control best practices.
• Experience with EDM systems such as HxGN, OpenText, or SharePoint.
• Experience using Engineering Tools and Data Warehouses including SmartPlant, Aveva, or Bentley.
• Intermediate proficiency with SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS or equivalent work experience.
