Description

You will manage daily application health and backend process stability for the Jacksonville, FL team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily health checks to ensure frontend and backend servers remain operational.
• Address incoming tickets and monitor JARS processing to prevent errors post-migration.
• Analyze backend processes, cron jobs, and scripts to improve application efficiency.
• Evaluate system purging logic and present findings to the team.
• Optimize application performance by analyzing C/C++ executables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations or application support.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience writing and analyzing Shell and Perl scripts.
• Hands-on experience monitoring backend processes and cron jobs.
• Ability to perform technical analysis on executables.
• Experience with system purging and data lifecycle monitoring.
• Any graduate degree.
