You will manage web sales activities and oversee daily office operations in Kolkata.

Responsibilities

• Drive website sales activities to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor sales and operational staff through regular feedback and training.
• Manage daily office operations and coordinate between departments to ensure project delivery.
• Prepare sales and operational reports and provide strategic input for process improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in website sales, web solutions, team management, and office operations.
• Proficiency in Outbound Sales and International Business Development.
• Experience in Account Management, Customer Engagement, and Customer Retention.
• Strong background in Sales Development, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis.
• Ability to manage Contact Center Operations and IT Outsourcing workflows.
• Competency in Online Advertising, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business tools.
