Description

You will manage operational delivery and client relationships within the GIS and geospatial technology domain.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly and monthly headcount allocation based on customer demand and priority changes.
• Manage customer relationships as the single point of contact and highest escalation point for quality and delivery issues.
• Monitor project health through data-driven governance plans and regular performance dashboard reporting.
• Execute risk management, capacity planning, and business volume forecasting.
• Partner with talent acquisition to recruit skilled resources and manage backfill batches based on attrition forecasts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in operations within the GIS or Geospatial technology domain.
• 2+ years of experience in Operations Management.
• Proven program and project management skills, including resource management and risk assessment.
• Experience in project planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage capacity planning and headcount allocation.
• Experience with quality processes and adherence to customer-defined policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving employee engagement through appraisals, mentoring leads, and attrition control.
• Own corporate initiatives for operational improvement, including SIP, best practices, and audit documentation.
